I’ve divided the recipes on Taste of Savoie into the courses that I feel they fit into best.  I love developing and trying recipes using Savoyard ingredients in The Taste of Savoie Kitchen and creating some fusion ideas from other countries and regions of France. You will quickly see that cheese features strongly in Savoyard cuisine and I’ve tried to create some appetizing recipes using the cheese of this region of France.
