Do you have a favourite restaurant in Annecy? I ha Do you have a favourite restaurant in Annecy? I have several and this one just got added to my list! My first visit to Saba in the old town recently and certainly won’t be my last. What a refreshing change, a French/Japanese fusion inspired menu. We chose the Initiation menu à l’aveugle - 4 courses a blind menu and everything was amazing and delicious. There were some surprises and flavours and tastes I have not tried together before but this all worked really well and was beautifully presented, with great and friendly service.
